These terms apply when you browse https://zenaura.studio/, enquire, or buy from ZenAura Studio. The privacy, refund, and returns pages are part of these terms. Last updated 5 October 2026.
The store
ZenAura Studio, Shop No. 108, 1st Floor, Vision One Mall, Bhumkar Chowk Road, Above Decathlon, Tathawade, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411033, India.
Email support@zenaura.studio. Phone +91 76663 74409. The showroom is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10 am to 9 pm, and closed on Mondays.
Orders
A piece is sold only after we confirm availability and you have paid, or after you complete the purchase in the showroom. Placing an enquiry or adding a piece to a list does not reserve it.
If a piece is no longer available after you have paid, we tell you and refund the amount paid. We can also offer another piece if you want one.
Product photos show the piece we have. Handmade and decorative pieces can vary slightly in colour, texture, or finish from the photograph.
Prices and payment
Prices on the website are in Indian rupees. We confirm the price, any delivery charge, and the amount to pay before you pay.
Online card, UPI, and net-banking payments are taken by our payment gateway, including ICICI Bank where that gateway is used. ZenAura Studio does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking password.
A payment is complete when the gateway confirms it. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order is not confirmed.
Delivery and collection
You can collect an order from the showroom or ask us to arrange delivery. Delivery charges and timing are confirmed with you before dispatch. They depend on the piece and the address.
Risk in a delivered piece passes to you on delivery. A piece collected from the showroom passes to you when you take it.
Returns and refunds
Cancellation before dispatch, and refunds after delivery, follow the refund policy. Eligible issues reported within 7 days of delivery can be refunded to the original payment method or replaced.

Using the website
The photographs, text, and product descriptions belong to ZenAura Studio. You may not copy them for another store.
The website is for personal shopping and enquiries. You agree to give us a reachable phone number or email when you place an order.
